How long will they last in my fridge?
Meals last three full days in a cold fridge.
Can I freeze my meals?
Yes! Meals are freezer safe for up to 8 weeks.
Is Gluten-Free option available?
Yes. please let us know when ordering.
All meals are delivered fresh for easy reheating in a conventional oven or microwave. We do not provide frozen meals. To learn more about how to reheat your meals, scroll down to the next question.
How should I reheat my meals?
Meal containers are microwave safe but not oven safe. Please remove food from containers when using an oven. Reheat meals in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 8-10 minutes until heated through or microwave on 50% power for 3-4 minutes or until heated through (microwave times may vary).
How are meals delivered?
First, meals are packed in our microwavable and freezable containers, then placed in a handled bag. Then, we deliver all orders in insulated bags to ensure your meals are cold when they get there.
Can meals be left at my doorstep?
No. We deliver in insulated bag and hand-deliver them to ensure quality control. Please be home to refrigerate.
When do you deliver?
It takes 2-3 days to process your order, source ingredients, cook and deliver to your door. Local, LU area, orders we deliver in the early evening hours5-6pm. Third party deliveries, all orders out of LU area, can arrive at any office time hours, courier companies send ETA emails along with tracking number in the morning of your delivery day.
